Senior Order Management Specialist with Turkish 

 

This role supports the Cluster Supply Chain team in customer service, order management, and execution.
Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks with customers at national and state levels, supporting supply chain training, and collaborating with departments to resolve issues and implement actions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from creation to delivery, including updates, pricing checks, and system entry.
  • Analyze stock levels and sales data to suggest order quantities  and ensure product availability in cooperation with planning teams.
  • Monitor order execution, coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, and proactively communicate any issues such as delays or shortages to customers.
  • Handle returns by organizing pickups and resolving related issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Support reporting, contribute to process improvements, and assist in onboarding and guiding team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, procurement or a similar role, prefereably in shared service enviroment
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and respond to customer needs
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Good command of MS Excel and the Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Focus on delivering results and solving problems efficiently
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
