SAP Ariba Deployment Expert
We are looking for a person with experience in procurement and SAP Ariba to join an international project team. You will support the rollout of a global system and help improve purchasing processes across different countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a global procurement system in different countries
- Help teams choose the right way to create purchase requests in the system
- Work with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and support improvements in SAP MM
- Make sure procurement processes are simple, clear, and efficient
- Cooperate with teams from different countries and departments
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Help prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials
- Support ongoing improvements and solve process-related issues
Requirements:
- Around 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying
- Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20–25%)
