Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee sales and business development for port machinery in Southeast EU (Poland, Romania, Czech republic, Balkan) and Israel. The role covers a range of foundation port equipment, including reach stackers, container handlers, material handlers, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales of Port machinery (e.g.,reach stacker,empty container handler, material handler) in the market of Southeast EU ( Poland, Romania, Czech republic,Balkan)and Israel,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including foundation construction companies, contractors, and rental businesses.
  • Identify customer needs, provide tailored equipment solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Lead the preparation of tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical, service, and after-sales departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience and product knowledge in marine engineering, or port machinery industry, Reach Stacker, Empty Container Handler, Heavy Duty Forklifts
  • Strong knowledge of European port and marine markets
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
