Sales Manager (Piling Machinery)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee sales and business development for piling machinery in Southeast EU (Poland, Romania, Czech republic, Balkan) and Israel. The role covers a range of foundation construction equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, hydraulic hammers, and continuous flight auger rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales of piling machinery (e.g., rotary drilling rigs, hydraulic hammers, continuous flight auger rigs) in the market of Southeast EU (Poland, Romania, Czech republic, Balkan) and Israel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including foundation construction companies, contractors, and rental businesses.
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored equipment solutions, and drive business growth.
- Lead the preparation of tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical, service, and after-sales departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction machinery sales; experience with piling or foundation equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Italian foundation and infrastructure market; existing customer network is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel and a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
