Principal Software Engineer (Fullstack)
Location: Gdańsk (Przymorze) – hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
About the role:
- Act as a technical leader in a cross‑functional Engineering Workbench R&D team.
- Design strategic architectures and frameworks for a flagship cloud‑native product on AWS.
- Lead development of microservices and web applications using C#/.NET Core and Angular/React.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices in code quality, security and CI/CD.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including senior/tech‑lead roles.
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET, microservices and cloud architectures (AWS).
- Full‑stack skills with modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
- Strong product mindset, high ownership, excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Very good English (B2+), curiosity and drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
