Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end planning process, 
• Oversee production planning and scheduling, including preparation and adjustment of production orders
• Analyse material availability data analysis, and adherence tracking
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, safety stock, and ERP parameters aligned with business needs
• Develop and improve planning and scheduling tools 
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager 
• Lead and develop a team of 6 specialists within planning and procurement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Planning and Purchasing
• Solid knowledge of planning, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised approach
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset
