About the role

We are looking for a specialist to join our client's team in Warsaw. This role involves managing client orders and relationships, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage orders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the sales force
• Generate and update client statements
• Manage promotional agreements entered with clients
• Report any variances in sales strategy implementation
• Detect possible process-critical areas
• Promote Company Principles and Values

Requirements

• Experience in customer service support, preferably within FMCG, retail experience would be an asset
• Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
• Strong communication skills and readiness to work in a cross-international environment
• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; SAP familiarity is considered a strong advantage
