About the role
We are looking for a specialist to join our client's team in Warsaw. This role involves managing client orders and relationships, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring smooth customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage orders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and the sales force
- Generate and update client statements
- Manage promotional agreements entered with clients
- Report any variances in sales strategy implementation
- Detect possible process-critical areas
- Promote Company Principles and Values
Requirements
- Experience in customer service support, preferably within FMCG, retail experience would be an asset
- Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
- Strong communication skills and readiness to work in a cross-international environment
- General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; SAP familiarity is considered a strong advantage
