Junior AP & Vendor Support Specialist | German Speaker

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Resolve vendor queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Support the processing and follow-up of supplier invoices

  • Investigate and clear debit balances and duplicate payments

  • Assist with urgent payment requests and ad-hoc issues

  • Review supplier account statements and support reconciliation activities

  • Cooperate with internal departments such as Procurement, AP, and Finance

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

 

We are looking for:

  • Very good command of English and German (spoken and written)
  • Additional European language is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role

  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of SAP and financial/procurement processes is a plus

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
