Global HR Business Partner
What you will do:
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to provide strategic HR guidance.
• Support leadership in building an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Align HR initiatives with business goals, sales strategies, and market needs.
• Represent HR in global committees and influence business-critical decisions.
• Identify talent needs and skill gaps, creating solutions in cooperation with local HR teams.
• Lead international recruitment for key commercial roles.
• Drive initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and incentive programs.
• Support long-term growth through workforce planning and succession management.
• Champion a collaborative, customer-oriented culture across regions.
• Promote HR excellence by streamlining processes and ensuring best practices globally.
What we are looking for:
• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role, ideally with exposure to sales/commercial organizations.
• Strong background in supporting international teams, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
• Solid understanding of sales dynamics and market structures.
• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong influencing, communication, and intercultural skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel.
