To strengthen our global HR team, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Global HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Sales and Product Management Organisation, who reports directly to the GM & VP EMEA.
Your impact:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to our EMEA Sales and Marketing leadership, supporting Regional Sales Directors, Market Development and Product Management.
- Support senior leaders in driving change, efficiency, and workforce engagement across our units.
- Drive and implement the HR strategy aligned with our global sales targets, customer needs, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent HR in the Global Steering Committee and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Identify capability gaps and talent needs in our global sales organization and develop tailored HR solutions in close collaboration with local HR teams.
- Take ownership of global recruitment for key commercial positions, especially in strategic sales and business development.
- Lead and support initiatives in areas such as performance management, sales enablement, incentive schemes, and leadership development.
- Support organizational growth through workforce planning, career development, and succession management in sales-relevant roles.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture across our sales regions and global market organizations.
- Drive HR Excellence by promoting consistent processes and collaboration across all HR functions.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role with strong exposure to Sales or Commercial organizations.
- Proven track record in supporting international sales teams, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales dynamics, market structures, and customer needs.
- Strategic and hands-on approach to HR with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a strong asset. Additional languages are a plus.
