Customer Service Specialist with French 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing daily communications with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery using SAP.
  • Track order statuses and shipments, monitoring stock levels and delivery performance.
  • Address order discrepancies, urgent requests, and service challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including sales, supply chain, and production, to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Manage customer credit limits, proactively reporting any risks or disputes.
  • Anticipate customer needs to enhance service quality and prevent issues before they arise.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or order management roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing effectively.
