Customer Service Specialist with French
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing daily communications with professionalism and care.
- Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery using SAP.
- Track order statuses and shipments, monitoring stock levels and delivery performance.
- Address order discrepancies, urgent requests, and service challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, supply chain, and production, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Manage customer credit limits, proactively reporting any risks or disputes.
- Anticipate customer needs to enhance service quality and prevent issues before they arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or order management roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing effectively.
