Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer complaints in line with company procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Conducting LPA, product, process, DTLD, and qualification audits
  • Independently analyzing quality issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Performing quality checks and reconciliations of delivered products
  • Creating and updating quality documentation and control plans
  • Initiating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
  • Cooperating closely with managers of operational departments

Requirements:

  • Engineering or technical education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Good command of English, enabling effective communication
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and Control Plan
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs
