Recruitment process

Antal was one of the first recruitment companies to implement a matrix-based team division. That is why our consultants specialise in both sectors and disciplines. The narrow scope of specialisation means that Antal consultants are thoroughly familiar with the needs of their clients, the availability and expectations of candidates, as well as the current situation in the industry that they specialise in. Their in-depth knowledge of specific job positions enables Antal consultants to accurately verify skills and competencies - only the candidates who fit a role profile are recommended. Narrow specialisation has also allowed our consultants' to build a wide range of contacts based on friendly relationships with candidates. Consequently, they are able to reach a suitable person and convince them to decide on a job change within a shorter space of time.
